The warranty book clearly states that if the car is raced or used for racing purposes, the warranty is void.
But if the previous owner raced it and this was not disclosed by the dealer - then I don't see how the dealer could then void the warranty.
I would ask for an "premium extended warranty" with zero deductible as compensation and the dealers good faith that they sold a reliable car.
Then don't race the car or add any other mods...
It's a great car and you'll be happy with it - it's not like CHI/Town beat it to death....He took great care with the car..
