Nope not the case at all. I'm doing everyhting I can to try to keep it. I knew I was buying a used car and that it would have some history. What i did not know was that the extra money I was paying for "still under warranty" was compromised to the extent that it could easily be denied warranty repair. I am completely aware that for almost all warranty work I would have no problem, but you can be rest assured if the engine popped or the tranny went they would do everything possible to not have to cover it. Not because it was raced but because it was modified outside of what is accepted.. eg, intakes are ok, boosting more or ecu reflash is not 100%
I don't get your hostility Indyjoe. I am not asking for anything that was not specifically promised when i purchased the car.
