Holy Crap it is true!!! Here's the bad thing. I have already ordered the part from the place where I am getting it fixed and they can not get their money back. I am trying to work with them so that I can get my car back to the dealer and have it fixed for free. All I need to do is get the powertrain warrenty transfered and everything should be great.

Geez I hope that I can get their money back for the part.
