Maxwell, just tap into the fuse box on the drivers side and "hot wire" the wing fuse with a "on-off" switch and you can shut the wing down until you hit the switch, at what ever speed you want it to go up.
Just be sure to put an in-line fuse to take the place of the original fuse that you pulled.
