These pens are OK for little spots using the pen end, which is like a ballpoint pen, if you use the brush end it goes on too thick. I would say that you can compare the paint to nail polish in viscosity. Even the dots of paint I put on need to be leveled down to the body paint height. Using the pen I put on a dot, let it dry and put another beside it and so on, it takes a little time. If you are not careful the repair looks worse than the damage. Level the paint and buff so you blend it in.
