I've owned 3 crossfires, currently own 2 srt-6's. Also i've looked are many many crossfires when looking to purchase my srt-6's. The door problem your stating is not normal, and i've never seen a problem with the passenger or drivers side door, and my eye is very good looking for body problems.

Maybe you just have bad luck with the ones you've seen.
