Thanks, Dennis. That's exactly what I did. I had it printed out and handed it over to the service manager.

CrossfireFun, you should not have to live with that. The TSB says that in the long term, the problem might do some damage to the door itself.

Is there a way to find more info on this TSB that has been previously posted in reply on this thread so I can show it to the Dealer or can this be a DIY project? anyone go through this issue?

This will take care of window adjustment.

Try here CLICK, I adjusted a door for air leaks, and it is the same procedure.

 

For almost 2 years I struggled with my XFire and trucker's rut. The car would try and pull up out of the rut, throwing you into the next lane. It took a lot of concentration to keep it straight and made long trips mentally exhausting. I had the alignment checked, replaced the steering stabilizer, etc. but never found the cause.

Finally, I was due for new front tires and they made all the difference in the world. Now I only have to fight the rut when braking moderately hard coming up to an intersection, and I think that's pretty normal.

Also, I'm in Chicagoland and they recently repaved the section of 94 north of the 94/294 split. Whatever they've done with the asphalt makes it feel like the car is skating. It's sublte, but unnerving. It was less noticeable when I put my winter tires on. I've never felt that on any other road.
