Hi, I'm new here.

I've scurried round trying to find another thread about this but no joy, so sorry if its been asked before.

I have owned my 4 yr old car for about 2 months. lovely. till just now.

I have been stuck in a retail outlet carpark because the key fob would not unlock the doors. Yes I can use the key to open the door, but the immobiliser and alarm are still active. I have towed the car somewhere safe, but does ANYONE have a suggestion? Even if I can deactivate the alarm for now and immobiliser and drive to a dealership?

I'm absolutely grounded. Very Urgent, 100 miles from home.

NOTE I Have Both Key Fobs. Its not the fob batteries. 100%.
