i did try disconnecting and reconnecting battery earlier. But that just makes the alarm go off and keep going off (alarm backup battery)

I have a years warranty on the car so I'm sure it'll be covered, I just have to be able to disarm the alarm and immobiliser so I can drive it. Risky enough towing it the 3 miles earlier with no PAS, servo brakes etc.
