I've been thinking the same thing... I just started my maxcare a few months ago but I still may just go third party on there a**!

Hi , The warrantys are fully insured and in the event that Chrysler declares Chapt 11 or heaven forbid is no longer around, the insurance company will continue to administer the plans and pay the claims....Thank you, Diane support@chryslerwarrantys.com
