I got the London because I liked the silver finish and I found another thread where a guy painted the outside trim piece using Testors hobby shop paint. I thought it looked really nice and will attempt to do the same.
Let us know how this turns out. I like the Blaupunkt Hamburg MP57. When I went to buy it from Crutchfield, they warn about having to run new wires and bypassing the factory amp. I am not exactly looking to go through all of that just yet. I will probably call Crutchfield too but being Christmas, they are probably closed. If you have to do all these modifications, let me know and I will seek another route.
