Did not seal off the the factory inlet tubes. Sealed up code 3 intake mode and now i am using the oem set up. I am going to disconnect 1 and or both of the oem inlet tubes an postion them where the aftermarket tubes and filter would be located, between rad and engine If this is going to be a cold air intake mod we need cold air. I am condersidering using a coolant type of device that the intake air will pass thur remove heat and reject to outside car. I am now trying to find out what temp would be best if it could be maintained within a specific range anyone know. Please chime in!
