Many thanks for your advice. The good news is that when I arrived at the dealership this morning they had replaced the seat with one from a demonstrator which had only delivery miles on it. It looks great and I am really pleased with the car. All your comments were very helpful and I was resolved to bargain hard if they had not replaced it. I live in the UK and crossfires are quite rare where I live and there is really only the one dealership.
If I could ask for some more advice ........ I am hoping to put in a handsfree phone kit, has anyone any recommendation as to what one would be best for the crossfire, the dealership suggested a parrot one with a button to accept calls. Any ideas?
