Default Re: Suprised From the SRT-6 Power, But...

There is no technical reason that you couldn't twin turbo a crossfire, the issue is most likely going to be cost. There have been many people to come on this forum touting their skills and bullet-proof ideas on how to turbo a crossfire (not saying you're doing that), never to be heard from again...presumably because they bombed in their attempts.

Another reason why the turbo setup isn't prevalent is because it is just so damned cheap and easy to get pretty big gains out of an SRT-6. Add a Cold Air Intake, a pulley, and a tune and all of the sudden you're at or over 400hp for under $1k in upgrades.

Mine is a daily driver and is currently stock. I am going to go with a NeedsWings intake and a tune (InMotion or LET)...and that's probably it performance-wise.

If you want to get an SRT and twin-turbo it, by all means, you have a whole forum full of people who would love nothing more than to see you succeed in your efforts. Even more, I would bet you'd receive a good amount of advice and encouragement along the way.

Best of luck with whatever you decide to do and welcome to our forum.
