yeah, I was planning on fitting them on that sloped section if I couldnt fit it behind the seats. That was my second choice to it - I'm not too happy with the subs/speakers provided and used to own an '03 Thunderbird with a Bose system, you could hear a pin drop with those speakers. I've also had some rattle problems with the right door when driving even with audio off - so I think my speaker needs to be tightened down on that side which is my best guess as to why. I'll have to look up that user/send him a pm about how he constructed the enclosure and what speakers he used. Thanks for the contact info/advice!
