Um...internally wastegated? For 40 lb/min at 1.8 bar? Ever heard of boost creep? Unless you're running a T4 hotside, that's a dangerous combination.
Without knowing where you're planning to actually put the turbo, I could suggest anything from dual GT28RS to GT35R, GT35 journal, GT40R, GT4088 journal, etc. the list goes on forever.
