I am not sure about most of the question you posed. However, I have done research into the coolant before. I moved upto Chicago from Houston (where I bought my car) and wanted to make sure nothing was going to freeze. So after having the coolant checked it turns out it is what is considered by many to be the best in the business. Forget the actual name, but from my understanding has what is called dex-cool, which is some component that blah blah etc etc etc...good.

Also, for the coolant it is also my understanding that coolant doesn't need to be replaced until minimum of 75k miles or even 100k miles.

I don't know how the '5 year/100k mile' thing will affec that, but that's just what I know from talking to a mechanic. Keep us informed on everything that you get done with prices and whether it was worth it or not.
