I tested both before I bought my 2007 base model. There is about 2" of difference in headroom between the base and limited models. This is simply because of the heating and power units for the seat.
I am 6'3"ish and fit in the crossfire just fine, although it seems every morning on the way to work i hit my head over bumps...Mainly because I think I am still half asleep and not aware of what kinda of headroom I'm leaving myself. The other 98% of the time, its perfect.
