An Everstart every 2-3 years for $62 sure beats the OEM battery which is $200+. My OEM battery died after 29k and three years.

I had to use a small plastic spacer to get the bracket to hold it down (the Everstart is a bit shorter), but otherwise it fit perfectly.
Wal-Mart here doesn't have the 3-year version of the 48 battery, but Sam's Club has an Energizer E48 for $65 that looks identical to the Everstart and carries the 3 year free replacement warranty. They are both made by Johnson Controls. The Energizer is also about 1/2" shorter so it requires a spacer for the hold down.
