Of all the dealer issues, fortunately your's is the most benign. I would think they'd be falling over backwards to make things right for you, including the radiator fan recall.
It's amazing they got the Mobil1 right and the quantity wrong. My dealer changes the oil for $20 (customer special) as long as I provide the synthetic (the deal is for dinosaur grade oil). The first time I went over with 5W-40 since it was easier to find and they refused due to potential warranty issues. So now I bring them only 0W-40.
When I purchased my SRT6, I had them verify the oil change and, as suspected, it was pure dinosaur. So as part of the deal they replaced the brand new oil with 0W-40. But I had to pull both my roadster and the SRT6 manuals out to show the dealer the requirement.
