Before using an employee discount, I'd see what kind of deal you can get without one. There's a dealer near me advertsing $9000 off MSRP. I visited them and they jerked me around too much so I left. I stopped by another dealership on the way home and picked up a 2004 for $8000 off MSRP. That would be a better deal than the 12% below dealer invoice that I understand the employee discount will give you.
