You know that is not true Tino. If I had received this imaginary e-mail you speak of, I would not have resorted to disputing the charge with American Express. My order was dated August 3 and you promised to ship it out August 11 or 12. As of August 23, you had done nothing with my order. When I cancelled it, all you said was I will credit your money in a few days. I asked the status of it a few days later and you didn't answer. Its unfortunate how things ended up. I wish you luck in your business. I am glad other people have had better luck.
