just finished doing business with this company. They went entirely above and beyond; out of their way to get me a hard-to-find part (german left-hand taillight assembly with rear fog lamp) and shipped it to New York for me (along with a pair of clear front side markers). Im very happy with the purchase, and with the way they conducted business, so i wanted to share. pictures will follow, btw 8)

 

Great. I've not purchased anything from them yet but am thinking about it. Good to know they deliver unlike the Crossfireshop.com (whych is still advertised on this forum for some reason).

 

I have to strongly disagree. At the beginning of August I ordered a cargo cover. After one week, they did nothing with my order. Then they charged my card and said it would ship the next day. Then after a week I heard about the american version being available. I asked them if it had not shipped yet, could I cancel my order? They promised to credit me within a few days. A week later they would not reply to my e-mails. I had to dispute the charge and American Express got my money back. I will never attempt to do business with them again.

 

For the prices they charge they better have good service.

we are sorry to hear, that you have an disagree with us. But if you look to your mail list, you will see, we have answered all your mails.

We received your last mail (you have canceled your order) on August 23rd, 01:53 CET.
We told you, to do a refund to your credit on August 23rd, 14.05 CET.

We have send back your money on August 30th, by a refund to your credit card. (I hope you not got a double refund)

We think this is acceptable.

BTW:
You must have receive a letter (Gutschrift - Refund). Ok, the days to arrival can be approx. 10 business days.

You know that is not true Tino. If I had received this imaginary e-mail you speak of, I would not have resorted to disputing the charge with American Express. My order was dated August 3 and you promised to ship it out August 11 or 12. As of August 23, you had done nothing with my order. When I cancelled it, all you said was I will credit your money in a few days. I asked the status of it a few days later and you didn't answer. Its unfortunate how things ended up. I wish you luck in your business. I am glad other people have had better luck.
