The problem is you will need to control what the ECU sees which is why CN used the voltage clamp on his setup. The other way to do it would be running a MegaSquirt in parallel with the factor ECU and let it manage the fuel as it will be able to read boost. Problem with that though is you still have no control of spark and that means no advance or retard in timing. It can be done, it just depends on how much of a car you want when you're done. I could build anyone a twin turbo crossfire for $25K including the car that would stomp everyone's *ss but you're not gonna have all the creature comforts and there is no way in hell it'll pass emission but I could build it and you can quote me on it if you want. Someone will get it done though and probably sooner than anyone expects.
