1. & 2.) The CAI from Needwings looks nearly identical between models. Highly recommended for either.

3.) Double intakes are available out there but there is some discussion as to the benefits of dual vs. singular.

4.) Yup, the filter, stuck in front of the radiator as it will be, does restrict airflow. Unless you plan on taking it to the track every weekend I would hardly worry about it.

The gain in power AND the gain in mileage easily offsets any issues with engine cooling. If an overheated engine is your concern then you can either run with a cooler thermostat and/or check the forum for members who have modified the OEM grill.
