Default Re: SL55 Setup Fact, Fiction or Matter of Opinion?

After seeing 240’s and BLKFIN’s intake, it got me thinking about the 90 degree coupling that pass’s through the radiator support. We need couplings that pass through the supports with a 120 degree angle. This would place the inlet openings behind or just too the right/left of the grill, more in line with air flow. The current location of inlet tubes is obstructed slightly by the bumper pillar and grille flaps.

I removed only the end grille flaps near the inlets (top/bottom) and now I’m looking for a way to extend the tubes….. Good stuff guys!
