I called my local MB dealer (Cherry Hill, NJ) and they said it's not something they go through so they don't stock them.
My local Chrysler dealer ordered it for me and claim it should be in tomorrow morning?!?! (all the way from Detroit) Crossing my fingers- if not I'll just do the install with the original bolt. Both Chris (distantpulse) and Rob from Needswings re-used theirs without issue.
