Lets make something clear here... The law that says a warranty cannot be voided for aftermarket parts, unless that part specifically caused the problem, will not protect you unless you file a lawsuit. Until then, the dealer can tell you all he wants that your mod voids the warranty. Now you're out of a car for a month while finding a lawyer, spending $$$, and filing a lawsuit. So don't believe you're protected by the law simply because its the law... You're not. Its a long long road before you can overturn a dealer's decision to void your warranty.
