I'll file suit in a heart beat, and my dealer knows it, and knows he will lose. You need to communicate with the dealership you do business with. I have bought over 30 cars with my dealer and when there is a dispute, the owner knows me, and knows how I take care of my cars...if he wants to be a *****, he knows I wrote the book...you just have to understand each other...now if you run to dealer to dealer and aren't a loyal customer, then you will have to fight...but make no mistake, I will sue a dealer in an instant....
