I have exciting news. I recently sold all my shares of Sage Bistro back to the other partners. Sage is still there and my old Sous Chef from The same restaurant has been promoted to Executive Chef, I am sure he will carry on the work I started at Sage. I am looking forward to many more wonderful meals form him and hs staff at Sage.

It is a little more trendy and modern than Sage and in my opinion in an area that has a little more money to throw around. Hope to see you all soon.
