My wife and I hooked up with Riot and his wife and BS'd with Leon.
He is going to head up another restaurant in the near future.
He will post the details once all has been finalized.

I have exciting news. I recently sold all my shares of Sage Bistro back to the other partners. Sage is still there and my old Sous Chef from The same restaurant has been promoted to Executive Chef, I am sure he will carry on the work I started at Sage. I am looking forward to many more wonderful meals form him and hs staff at Sage.

I am now working with a new partner. I am at Zaidi's in Naperville. Please check it ot online www.zaidisrestaurant.com We specialize in Steak, Sushi, and Seafood. It is a little more trendy and modern than Sage and in my opinion in an area that has a little more money to throw around. Hope to see you all soon.

I love the new place you are at .....Been there 5 tuesdays in a row until last week(Had surgery last monday on my gums or I would have been there)
But I will be there tomorrow for sure...don't know what time but Sara and I enjoy the Tuesday special!

FP you will LOVE the new place.....They have a Lion in the lobby for you to ride!
Z's is packed every time I drive by!

Oh and nice clientele...Bulls and dancing horses parked out front every week.....I park in the back...Did park by the front door in the wifes exploder a couple of weeks ago....did it with a smile on my face.
