No, not fog lights, headlights .

It has been raining here in beautiful Michigan on and off for the past week. I got out of my car today and noticed that the lower half of my headlights were fogged up. Has anyone else seen this? Luckily they did not stay fogged up, but I don't think this should be happening. Let me know if you have had a similar experience or have any idea what I might do to solve this slight problem.
