It is recommended not to use this or most other surface care products when the temp is below about 50~55F. Even at that temp, and certainly with high humidity, the drying time will be prolonged. Colder than that and application can become an issue. This holds true not only for almost all Meguiar's products, but most other company's products as well. Just sort of the nature of the beast.
