Greetings:

I would you use a strip of tape to give you the line that the letters go above. Sorta like the wide notebooks lines in school to guide you,

THen mark the centerline of each letter on the guide line to make it easy for you.

I have a black srt so I added letters using black RTV cause I could reposition and such. ONe side tape is hard to cut to size and is a one time stick situation, thats tough.

Careful RTV will be solid, gluing is set in 24 hours and you can remove and redue it again and again.

DOing this stuff is best when you can go back and do it better the second time, if you change your mind. DOnt use hard type of glue....
