Default passenger door problem

So I've had my crossfire for about 8 weeks now, and it's gotta be the coolest car I've ever owned, hands down, but I have noticed on little problem, and wanted to see if anyone else had experience the same thing.

If I close my passenger door and the window is rolled all the way up, occassionally, the window will not tuck underneath the rubber gasket at the top of the window towards the back portion of the glass, In other words, the front portion of the glass slides nicely under the gasket, but as you move back along the window, it begins to come out, and the at the back, the window is actually on the outside of the gasket. When it happens, the door can not be closed tightly, and I'm concerned about water getting in. The gasket is fine, and seated correctly, and if I roll the window down slightly before closing the door... no problems.

If that made any sense at all, and anyone else has had a similar issue and found a fix, I'd love to know. If I can get a picture of it, I'll post it to show what I mean.

Appreciate the help!
