You have to remember that if they are not legal you will not pass inspection. Here in Jersey we can't have any tints on the drivers and passengers windows and if you do they fail you at inspection and make to take the tint off and go through inspection again.
Not all states have inspection... here in Michigan we don't.. it's nice being able to do anything to your car
