Just took my perspective new 2004 graphite coupe to the mechanic to have it thoroughly inspected before I set my final price on buying from a personal seller. So the tires and brakes need to be changed out and aligned. Anyways, I googled and searched on here and can't find anything on how much the overall cost of having the front break pads changed out... My place I went to is wanting to charge $85 or so for the pads... then like $80 for the installation... LOL... for just the front pads?... is it SERIOUSLY that expensive? I called "just brakes" and the guy said BALL PARK $175... Anyone have thoughts or ideas on where to go/start?
