I've been using 303 in the marine environment for years on dodgers,bimini tops and the like,Good stuff.
I suspect that the RagTop products are every bit as good,though I haven't any experience with them.
I wouldn't recommend applying with a brush or roller, The trick is not to let the product penetrate the fabric. This photo was taken about six months after applying two very light coats of 303.
