I am pretty impressed by the fuel economy and figure it to be around 25 or so combined, again this is creeping in the morning, 65 at night in 6th. Coming from a v8 Dakota that would rarely get 250 miles out of 18 gallon fill up, this is huge advantage.
I haven't set down and figured my MPG, but this is almost indentical to what I have seen also. I also get about 300-320 miles with about 1/6 of a tank left. My 95 Blazer gets about 16-18 mpg on a fill-up.
So, even with using premium gas, the XF is still more economical to drive, plus much cooler and fun to drive. Is that an understatement or what?
