Default Re: Adding a subwoofer to your factory stereo.

okay.... i did the install with the rca wires cut and ran from the pins on the factory amp.. sounds amazing minus one thing... when i turn my bass up to say +5 and turn volume up to say 20 .. the stereo cuts out so im not getting my maximum out of my aftermarket amp/subs .. im running a 460 rms watt Kenwood(kac-7202) to 2- 12" Sony Xplodes in a single chamber box so they are both to one plug in the back of the box.. so its bridged at the amp.. and ive used this same setup in a previous car.. is there anything i could do to make this cutting out stop.. ? its pretty loud when i keep the bass down but i want it louder and this is stopping me! haha any help?!!
