I suspect that you can put a single pole single throw switch on the ground wire for the yaw sensor and be able to disable it with that. Disconnecting the Yaw sensor is actually old news and getting to it is a pain because it's under the center console just rearward of the shifter.

I have gotten to mine, but I haven't disconnected it or tried the single wire disconnect. I only played with it for a doughnut.
