35% is real light. Try finding someone local, but professional who will do it at their home. I just got mine re-done 5% all the way around for $125 with high-quality Llumar film (has a lifetime warranty).
The guy who did mine is a professional that does it at a shop, and at his house. Doing it at his house lets him keep 100% of the profits instead of paying shop fees, etc etc etc. I took it to local shops and they wanted $150-220 to do it.
I can take pictures of mine if you request, can't really see anything inside, just pitch dark. I like it now a lot
