When I get pulled over I usually roll the windows down anyway and sit there with my information in hand, hands on the wheel. A friend of mine who is a Philly cop gave me that tip. He claimed it puts the officer at ease having the windows down and a clear view of your hands. I think a cop would have to be a special kind of a-hole to give a ticket for 35% tint to someone who is respectfully cooperating.

Any PA residents with tint (or any other States with such a ridiculous law) care to chime in?
