Hi All,

I recently purchased a 2005 aero blue roadster and love it so far. I notice the paint is good, but it seems apparent the previous owner did not polish/wax it. I do not have any of the products/equipment to do a full clay/polish/wax job, and am hesitant to start learning again on this car.

For the time and cost, would getting the work done professionally by a detailing shop (twice a year?) result in an equivalent look? I have no problem with washing and using quick detailer, but I envision a shiny circle of sheet-metal after I try using an orbital. Is there anything special a shop would have to know about our cars?
