P0341 Camshaft postition sensor bad?
A couple of months ago, on rare occasions my Xfire wouldn't start after it got hot. It has gotten to the point that it does it almost every time now, and it take 3-5 tries before it starts. It turns over, but does not start up. I've read about the cam and crank shaft sensors and i want to make sure I replace the right one. I do have a P0341 (CAMshaft) code stored, but I read the crankshaft code clears after it starts. Does anyone know if the camshaft sensor will cause the car to crank but not start, or is that only the CRANKshaft sensor? My check engine light has been on for over 40k miles due to the "secondary air" BS, so it's hard to tell when it comes on for something else. Thanks for opinions!
