I would also like to do a full cooling upgrade.
I have a johnson pump sitting in the garage, but am trying to figure out what heat exchanger I want to put in, also how I am going to seperate the two systems and add a seperate resivoir tank.

I would also like to lower the engine temp with a thermostat but refuse to spend $100 on a thermostat.
