Crazy: are you sure you need a separate resevoir for the heat exchanger? The IC should never get so hot that it would need an overflow, unlike the engine. So if you separate them, you shouldn't need IC/HE overflow.

The NeedsWings supercooler is designed with that in mind. Tonight will be its first night at the track. I'm hoping that there isn't much turn out tonight so I can get some back-to-back runs and really test this new supercooler out.
