Yes - you will see a 25*F - 35*F reduction in IC coolant temperature by isolating the the IC coolant from the Engine coolant system.
Here is a easy do-it-yourself post. It would be a little different for the C32 as you dont use the same factory surge tank. - but it should add reliability to the system. <LINK>
No - The CM30 pump will not harm your intercooler, or will it reduce your IC coolant temps that much - when no other changes to your system are made.
