Did you fail to tell us that you recently changed the bulb in that housing?

If so then you don't have the bulb seated correctly in the socket. Fairly common mistake, and easy enough to fix. If you look closely at the bulb it has a flat side and a tang sticking out. This HAS to line up with the socket or the bulb will not fit correctly.
