Reading some of the posts here....I have to chuckle....cause I'm one of the "men" you guys are talking about. Let me tell ya' a lil secret...yes, too dark of a tint is a citable infraction, however, most don't stop merely for a tint violation. If you're doing 85 in the 55 and you're really nice....the tint ticket is a favor in lieu of a hefty speeding ticket. So worry less about the tint you have on and more about hiding places we can find...lol. In reference to tint removal, a hefty dose of windex and getting a loose corner helps tremendously. You have no idea how fast the tint comes off when you let people know it's actually a fix-it ticket here in NY.
